Virginia Vintage Builders is a small, Hampton Roads based,
family owned firm. Owners and longtime
partners Robert Berlucchi and Bryan Luck have over 55 years of
combined expert home-building experience.

Builders only takes on one project at a time, which allows us to
provide you with a finished product far
superior to our competitors. Our specific focus on one community
at a time gives us the opportunity to have
owner management of the building process from start to finish.
